What Does It Do?

The Cocoon Fitness Pod has 8 different fitness and wellness technologies, a full body vibration massage, adjustable infrared and dry heat settings, pure-salt air, cooling fans, and aromatherapy. Now that sounds like a lot, but don’t worry as you do not have to use all of the features at once. Feel free to turn the aromatherapy off while leaving the cooling fans on, or turning off the infrared heat while receiving the full body massage. At the end of the day, the pod exists for your pleasure, so it’s important to customize your session to meet your needs. 

How Often Do I Use It?

To receive the most effective results, we encourage our guests to use the pod two to three times per week for the first four weeks, followed by one to two sessions per week after. Each session should last for about 30 minutes, but that does not mean that you cannot make your session longer or shorter. Some users report feeling tired after, while others feel more rested. The infrared heat is known to leave you feeling in a state of zen.

Does It Get Very Hot?

Perfect for a cold day, but still perfect on a warm one, the pod heats up to 192°F. While that sounds very hot, the dual radiant heat combines with convection dry heated air to create a relaxing whole body warmth. The heat is the perfect basis for increased exercise perspiration & sweat, meditation and an overall good mood.

Built in Massage

Need a massage? The Cocoon Fitness Pod has got you covered with a vibrational massage that boasts a dual wave vibration system. Not sure how the vibrations work? Soft effleurage vibration waves release a short, rhythmic force that moves through the body to create small waves of pressure on the muscles. Put your own twist on the massage and select which parts of your body you’d like worked. You can request an upper back massage, a lower leg massage, or get a full body massage for a true, whole body reset. 

Aromatherapy

Treat your nose and mind to the ultimate getaway. Aromatherapy utilizes essential oils to stimulate smell receptors in the nose, which then send messages through the nervous system to the limbic system — the part of the brain that controls emotions. Essential oils are made by extracting various parts of plants and then distilling them into small vials. It’s up to you to decide which oil you’d like diffused during your session.
