Types of Massages We Offer

Swedish

Mainly for relaxation. Lighter pressure, softer touch, and usually full body.


Sports

Includes lots of fast strokes to enhance performance or recover muscles after an event. Customized pre or post sessions.

Prenatal

Keeps blood flowing, Relaxation, Pain Relief, Contraindicated in first timers.


Deep Tissue

Alleviation of muscle tension, improvement of recovery & performance. Target’s inner layers of the muscles. Treats muscle pain and improves stiffness.

Oncology

Light pressure massage designed specifically for people with cancer or a history of cancer or have had lymph nodes removed. This massage reduces nausea or other side effects from radiation, surgery, or chemotherapy.

Therapeutic

Can be classified as medical. Usually targets area of pain/localized. It is common to feel sore after.

Reflexology

Pressure points, Hand massage, Foot massage

Graston Technique

Using a cross-friction massage, which involves the brushing or rubbing against the grain of the scar tissue.
